I appreciate your interest in dog training with Pam’s Pawsitive Training.  

PLEASE PARK ON THE SOUTH OF THE BUILDING (TRAINING ENTRANCE), RING THE DOORBELL AND WAIT FOR ME BY THE ELEVATOR.  WHEN THE ROOM IS CLEAR I WILL COME GET YOU.

Any cancellations with less than a 48-hour notice will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
I have already sent you an invoice for the visit.  Payment must be made before the visit unless other arrangements are made.

 I also will need the following before our visit:
-    Signed Waiver form attached. If you cannot print, I will have copies with me during the visit.
-    Proof of current rabies vaccination.
-    Photo of the dog.

Future behavior cannot be guaranteed with any amount of training or behavior modification. At Pam's Pawsitive, while we cannot provide guarantees, we pledge to exhaust all efforts to support and improve your dog's behavior.
